Connie Ralston

About me: I grew up in a very small town in Oklahoma with my husband, Jay. He moved to Stillwater to go to school, got a job at Kicker and has been here ever since. We have been married since 1990 and have raised three daughters here – Coley, Jessie and Haydn. Coley graduated from OSU and is married to Christien Sager. Jessie is currently attending OSU, and Haydn is in high school.

Hometown: Mooreland, Okla.

High School: Mooreland High School

Education: Degree in Secretarial Science (Southwestern Oklahoma State University).

Hobbies: Gardening, playing the piano.

Favorite music: A little bit of everything, but probably mostly country and classic rock.

Favorite movie: There are so many! "Steel Magnolias" and "Dirty Dancing" are at the top.

Favorite book: Any murder mystery.

Favorite quote: Again, there are so many! “What don’t kill you makes you stronger” (paraphrased from Friedrich Nietzsche by Miss Ralston) probably is the one I use the most.

Something not everyone knows about you: I have broken both arms and both legs/ankles – just not all at the same time.

Best advice for college students: If it were easy, everyone would do it!

Favorite OSU memory: Watching my oldest daughter and my son-in-law graduate from OSU.
