Alan Good
Assistant Director/
Sports Counselor
About me: I have been working at OSU in academic services now since 1995. I enjoy hanging with my son, Alex. I love the mountains and camping in Colorado and Vermont. I am originally from New England and enjoy the beach and ocean where I grew up around.
Hometown: Canton, Mass.
High School: Canton High School
College: BS in Psychology (Bridgewater State College), MS in Counseling Psychology/Athletic Counseling & Sports Psychology (Springfield College)
Hobbies: Cycling, racing and camping
Favorite music: Reggae and Jazz
Favorite movie: "Forrest Gump"
Favorite book: "One Day at a Time"
Favorite quote: "Do what is right, not what is easy." - Roy T. Bennett
Best advice for college students: Only take as many classes as you think you can handle in college. Sit near front of the class and review and rewrite your notes from class to help you remember the information.
Favorite OSU memory: OSU football winning the Big 12 title in 2011 against OU and seeing how much fun the students had by pulling down the field goal posts.
